Home to the legendary New England Patriots (NFL) and the New England Revolution (MLS), Boston Stadium is located in Foxborough, Massachusetts, with a capacity of 65,000 seats. Opened in 2002, the venue underwent a major renovation in preparation for the 2026 World Cup, featuring the largest outdoor high-definition video board in the country (2,044 square meters), 4,645 square meters of glass-enclosed hospitality and functional spaces, and 360-degree connectivity across all levels, enhancing the overall fan experience.

The stadium is officially known as Gillette Stadium, but the name was changed by FIFA for the tournament, as the organization does not allow brands outside its official sponsorship list to be promoted during the event.

In its nearly 24-year history, the stadium has hosted numerous matches, including the 2003 FIFA Women’s World Cup and the 2016 Copa América Centenario. Now, it will host seven games of its first men’s World Cup.
